Error when entering an Offline Password

When entering in an Offline Password the message below appears even though an Offline Password is set up in the TurningPoint Cloud Software Preferences:

This occurs when capital letters are entered into the email address for the user logging into TurningPoint Cloud.

Only lowercase letters can be used to login using an offline password. If there are capital letters in the user’s email address for their Turning Account they simply need to make sure they are entering only lowercase letters when logging in using an Offline Password to get around this issue.

This issue is being reviewed for resolution in a future release.
