TurningPoint Cloud: There was an error communicating with the Turning Account server.

When importing or updating an LMS participant list the message 'There was an error communicating with the Turning Account server.' appears.  

 

Resolution:  Update to the latest version of TurningPoint Cloud.

 

If the version of TurningPoint Cloud is up to date please create a ticket for assistance.
