Canvas: Duplicate Device IDs - ResponseCards Shared by More than One Participant

A single device can be registered to more than one participant within Canvas using TurningPoint 5.This is only an issue if the participants are enrolled in the same course. 

If you see this message in TurningPoint when importing/updating the participant list:

  1. Select Copy to Clipboard.
  2. Paste the duplicate registrations into a new email and indicate the registration to be removed.
  3. Send email to support@turningtechnologies.zendesk.com.
