Mobile Devices Using Web Access are Disconnected from the Class When the Device Goes into Sleep Mode

If the Insight 360 Web Access is used on a mobile device and the device goes into sleep mode for more than 30 seconds, the device may be disconnected from the class. When the device is awakened, the Web Access page should prompt for a Student ID and Session Code.
