The user opens TurningPoint and receives the error: An Entry with the Same Key Already Exists.
This error occurs when a file in the TTRepository folder becomes corrupt.
Delete the TTRepository folder and reopen TurningPoint 5. This issue is currently under review by our QA Team.
- Close TurningPoint.
- Enable hidden files and folders.
- Follow the path: C:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming.
- Right-click the TTRepository folder and select Delete.
- Reopen TurningPoint.
