"An Entry with the Same Key Already Exists" Exception Error

The user opens TurningPoint and receives the error: An Entry with the Same Key Already Exists.

This error occurs when a file in the TTRepository folder becomes corrupt.

Delete the TTRepository folder and reopen TurningPoint 5. This issue is currently under review by our QA Team.

  1. Close TurningPoint.
  2. Enable hidden files and folders.
  3. Follow the path: C:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming.
  4. Right-click the TTRepository folder and select Delete.
  5. Reopen TurningPoint.
