WorkSpace SIMS Is Not Working

WorkSpace Flash objects, called Simulations (SIMS) can be used in WorkSpace lessons for a wide variety of learning concepts. SIMS are not meant to be full lessons, but flexible multimedia tools to make your lessons more dynamic. SIMS can be saved and accessed from the WorkSpace Gallery. To use a SIM, click and drag it onto a blank WorkSpace page.

If a SIM is dragged onto a blank page and parts of the SIM seem to be missing OR the SIM just does not work, follow the steps below.

  1. Verify that you have the latest version of Adobe® Flash® installed on your computer. Check to see if you have Flash installed on your machine: http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player.html.
  2. If Flash is installed and up-to-date, ensure that the latest version of WorkSpace is installed on your computer. The latest version of WorkSpace is available on the Turning Technologies Downloads page.
  3. Verify that the latest version of WorkSpace Content is installed on your computer. The latest version of WorkSpace Content is available on the Turning Technologies Downloads page.
  4. Restart your computer.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Flash from your computer's Control Panel.
