Turning Technologies recently released updated versions of Insight 360 and the Insight 360 Teacher app. The following errors may occur if the new version of the Insight 360 Teacher app is installed and used with an older version of Insight 360:
- The computer does not appear in the list of available computers on the network when attempting to connect on the Insight 360 Teacher app.
- If attempting to connect manually using the computer's IP address, a Failed to connect using the specified passworderror appears on the Insight 360 Teacher app.
To resolve these issues, update the Insight 360 software on the computer.
