Delayed Responses in Insight 360 When Internet Access is Not Available

If Web Access is enabled in the Insight 360 Director, but the computer is not able to connect to the internet, you will experience a significant delay receiving responses from students using clickers or the iPad Student App. To resolve this issue, connect the computer to the internet or disable Web Access.

  1. Open Insight 360 and click the My Settings icon.
  2. Select Mobile Devices.
  3. Uncheck Allow Web Access students to connect
