Pulse Not Recognized in Turning Point Cloud

Cause: This is generally caused when Device Manager was installed on the machine previously or still is currently.

Resolution: Verify the receiver is being recognized on the Run the Turning Point Clean Up utility and reboot the machine.  This will uninstall the drivers that the eInstruction Device Manager software utilizes.  If the problem persists, contact Turning Technologies.
