TurningPoint Cloud cannot initialize its file structure

Cause: Corrupted User Repository 
This error is caused when there is a corrupted file in a specific users Repository. 

Resolution: We will be able to look into which file is corrupted if we can obtain the users Turning ID found within the Repository.  We need both a copy of the Repository and the Turning ID of the specific user.

Work Around: If there is only one user on the current machine, you can rename the Repository.
Example: Repository.old and relaunch Turning Point.  This will create a new Repository folder but the sessions and content will need re-imported.  If there are multiple users on this machine it will wipe all user information so this would be a last resort.
